Job Title: Business Manager - Oracle
Location: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Job Purpose: Responsible for managing category of products plan and execute on stocking and sell outs. Maintenance of relationships with vendors channel and product management team. Drive the Business Units annually set MBOs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with vendors resellers and enterprise customers.
- Expand the companys footprint across target markets and product lines.
- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage product portfolios pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with vendors on sales forecasts product availability and marketing funds.
- Sales & Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work with the sales team to close large deals and maintain healthy sales pipelines.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and support staff.
- Provide training and development to ensure high team performance and product knowledge.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Analyze market trends customer insights and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular business reports for senior management and vendors.
- Recommend strategic actions based on data and trends.
