JTBD is beyond the list of generic responsibilities of a standard job description; every role will have a unique set of three to five essential outcomes that must be produced by anyone in the role to deliver the value expected. These outcomes link back to the department or company’s business strategy depending on the level of the role.
1. Desired Outcomes (3-5):
List down 3 – 5 specific goals / deliverable of the job (which are aligned with the strategic priorities of the department).
• Support to Book revenue as per budgeted targets.
• Ensure % gross margin as per budget.
• Add 7 major accounts per year
