Location: Santos district Lisbon Portugal (on-site)
Employment: Full-time MondayFriday 07:3017:00

Role Overview

Were excited to offer a fantastic career opportunity for a German English Speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon with a world-leading global employer known for its award-winning workplace culture and focus on professional this role youll support professionals in insurance and risk management assisting policyholders with queries related to health insurance benefits reimbursements and policy details. Your work will ensure exceptional service delivery and accurate record-keeping making a real difference to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
    • Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders via phone and email in German and English.
    • Provide accurate and timely support regarding insurance benefits reimbursements and policies.
    • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in line with company processes.
    • Escalate complex issues when needed to ensure efficient resolution.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

    • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
    • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Previous experience in customer service insurance or advisory roles is a plus.
    • Comfortable managing multiple queries simultaneously and prioritising effectively.
