Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets Were seeking a driven and experiencedProduct Ownerto join one of the IR communication compliance and governance business lines. Youll play a central role in delivering impactful digital solutions that serve our clients evolving needs across capital markets.

As aProduct Owner you will be accountable for the delivery of specifications for large and complex features that span multiple applications. You will proactively lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and facilitate workshops and resolutions where needed.

You will be primarily responsible for:

• Product Delivery & Ownership
  • Gathering analyzing and translating product requirements into clear epics and user stories.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing development work across one or more agile teams.
  • Reviewing sprint deliverables to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinating product mockups prototypes and end-to-end testing (including alpha beta and UAT).
  • Leading release planning and managing internal/external communications on new feature deliveries.
  • Identifying feature gaps providing feedback and supporting development during agile ceremonies.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert for the product(s) providing insight and guidance to the team.
  • Challenging Product Managers to define business requirements that solve real user problems.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Proactively communicating with business teams developers and stakeholders.
  • Organizing and leading workshops to align product goals and technical feasibility.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed of product progress risks and key decisions.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinating bug triage and prioritizing fixes.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and project scopes with a problem-solving mindset.

Your Profile:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Business Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role preferably withScrum Product Owner certification.
• Strong knowledge ofAgile/Scrummethodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and deliver under pressure.
• Experience with backlog management and sprint planning.
• Fluent inEnglish; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Bonus: anybusiness domain knowledgeortechnical expertise(e.g. systems architecture networking etc.).
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
