The Position
Our Port Services Husbandry Department in Lisbon is looking for a Husbandry Agent Europe to join the team!
Have you ever gazed out at sea and wondered about the destinations these ships are traveling to We know as we are agents in over 2000 ports worldwide.
At Wilhelmsen we ensure our customers port stays are efficient keeping their vessels on the move. With strong relationships with both suppliers and authorities we offer not just services but also reliability and compliance.

- Crew change: We offer competitive agency fees along with efficient accommodation transportation and launch hire services.
- Cash to Master: Secure and professional handling of payments to Master and crew.
- Spare parts: With our global footprint we safely and securely coordinate transport and deliver over the last mile worldwide leveraging our customs expertise.

Location and Department
This position is based at our Lisbon office in the Alcntara neighborhood. Youll work with the Lisbon team to coordinate port call arrangements and serve as the main contact for port authorities principals and suppliers.
Who You Are
Were looking for a positive service-minded and flexible individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a multinational environment. You thrive on organizing and coordinating working independently and providing excellent service to customers.
Required Experience and Skills
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Immediate availability to join the company.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Computer literate.
- Desire to grow professionally in a multinational company.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and tasks.
