Job Description
Senior Sales/ Call Center Floor Specialists - NIGHT SHIFT
We are seeking hands-on full-time sales/ call center specialists for Business to Business Calls. This person will be responsible for the daily outbound outreach (telesales and emails) call center reporting to our General Manager. Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated hardworking people-oriented patient and technically proficient. The work shift is 7 pm to 4 am.
Responsibilities:
- Looking for talented Call Center Agents for their outbound Campaign.
- An ideal candidate would have good English fluency and the ability to carry out a conversation with a target-oriented approach.
- The candidate should be hard-working self-motivated and a good team player.
- Generate leads and build sales pipeline through strategic account mapping cold calling and emailing
- Qualify prospects in terms of their needs goals and business environment
- Coordinate with clients to improve sales strategies and qualify sales leads
- Track all activities through our CRM and create a weekly report on pipeline and conversation highlights
- Good command of the English language an American/ British Accent is preferable
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment
