Executive Housekeeper - Hotel Resort Palawan Philippines

A pre-opening hotel resort in Palawan is looking for anExecutive Housekeeperto join its pre-opening and operations team. The successful candidate reporting to the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping department and ensuring that the hotels guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas are clean well-maintained and meet the resorts high standards. This role includes managing housekeeping staff ensuring inventory control implementing cleanliness standards and maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related discipline

Five (5) years experience in the same role or a department head for a five-star hotel resort

Pre-opening experience preferred

Island person

Possesses leadership and organizational skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Self starter

Willingness to be based in Palawan Philippines
