Opportunity Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring Jiras smooth operation supporting our teams and driving efficiency through effective configuration and administration.
Jira Administration:
Configure customize and maintain Jira projects workflows schemes and permissions.
Manage user access roles and groups.
Install configure and manage Jira add-ons and plugins.
Monitor Jira performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement and manage Jira upgrades and updates.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Jira documentation.
Create and maintain Jira dashboards and reports.
Provide Jira best practice guidance and training to users.
Workflow Optimization:
Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements.
Design and implement new workflows to support business processes.
Ensure workflows are efficient and effective.
User Support and Training:
Provide technical support to Jira users.
Develop and deliver training materials and workshops.
Address user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Integration and Automation:
Integrate Jira with other applications as needed.
Automate Jira tasks and processes using scripts or add-ons.
Work with other admins to keep consistent system integration.

2 years of experience as a Jira Administrator.
Strong understanding of Jira workflows schemes and permissions.
Experience with Jira add-ons and plugins.
Proficiency in Jira administration tasks.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and maintain clear documentation.
Required Skills:
JSM (Jira Service Management)
Confluence
Plus Skills:
Working with PowerBI and other add-ons.
GitHub knowledge and integration with Jira.
Developing custom Jira Apps/Add-ons.
Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
Experience with other Atlassian products is a plus.
