The opportunity
As Program & Events Coordinator you will provide vital operational marketing and events support to EYs Future of Transformation Forum. Supporting both the Program Leader and Forum Manager your role will ensure the programs digital tools event operations and communications run smoothly and consistently. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination detail and enabling high-quality delivery behind the scenes.
Your key responsibilities
Coordinate logistics materials and comms across live virtual and hybrid Forum events
Manage and maintain digital platforms including Cvent SharePoint and Power BI dashboards
Support alumni tracking and list management ensuring quality data and contact history
Assist with production and distribution of email communications invitations and surveys
Track registration data feedback and post-event insights with accuracy
Prepare internal reports and updates to support program visibility and learning
Ensure branding and formatting consistency across program materials
Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and support team success
Skills and attributes for success
Highly organised with an eye for detail and quality output
Comfortable working with data digital platforms and reporting tools
Effective communicator with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage tasks to deadline across time zones
To qualify for the role you must have
4 years of experience in events marketing or program coordination
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint Power BI or event management tools
Ideally youll also have
Experience working in professional services or virtual delivery environments
Prior exposure to supporting global teams or multi-day event programs
