Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 13 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Familiarity with hardware components operating systems (Windows/macOS) and enterprise applications
- Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP routers switches DNS DHCP)
- Understanding of basic IT security practices including password policies antivirus software and data protection
- Experience with asset management software or tools (e.g. Freshservice Snipe-IT Lansweeper)
- Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely support for hardware software and network issues to stakeholders
- Set up and configure computers peripherals and IT equipment
- Assist stakeholders with system access troubleshooting and application use
- Document issues solutions and escalate complex problems when necessary
- Track and maintain records of all IT hardware and software assets
- Manage the full lifecycle of assetsfrom acquisition to disposal
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Coordinate with vendors and procurement for IT asset needs
