We have an exciting opportunity for aNetwork Inspectorto join our Gisborne Maintenance this role you will be the eyes and ears of the network inspecting the networks condition and ensuring it meets the agreed Level of Service (LoS). Youll be responsible for the coordination of effective and efficient maintenance solutions undertaking routine inspections to identify and record defects.
In addition to the above you will:
Complete Road inspections recording fault defects in RAMM and proposing suitable solutions
Identification of risks and corrective actions where required
Assist in the development of maintenance programmes and provide support to our maintenance team
Quality inspections of work completed
Respond to customer queries and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders

Were looking for someone with:
A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent (desirable but not essential)
Full Class 1 Drivers licence
Experience in network inspection or similar work-preferably in Roading Maintenance
Experienced in RAMM and Microsoft applications
Understanding of road network maintenance solutions
Commitment to a high standard of Health & Safety
Must be self-motivated energetic proactive and results-orientated with an ability to problem solve plan listen and make decisions
Commitment to quality of service an eye for detail a methodological and organised approach
Clear communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Creating Connecting and caring for the community
