Job Description
Position Overview:
The overall goal of Inspector is to carry out pumps and/or mechanical seal parts inspection jobs at Dalian QRC. Inspection will be execute on-site of supplier sometimes.
Job Responsibility:
Inspect parts of pump in process and finished mainly.
Inspect parts of mechanical seal which are less task.
Submit and report the inspection results independently.
Cooperate with engineer and inspector to complete inspection jobs.
Follow and act the key points of parts inspection requirements.
Act the 6S and SHEA as company required.
Act other jobs as required and pointed.

Good self-discipline and motivated.
Good professional skills are better.
Good hands-on and practice ability.
Skilled use of measuring tools commonly used in machining industry.
Casting knowledge or experience is better.
Report and feedback jobs on time and clearly.
Have basic capabilities for finding analyzing and solving problems.
To ensure that the work procedures and specifications for activities that are being carried out in the workshop are in accordance to our corporate standards.
Education/Experience Required:
Technical school and/or above degree.
Have experience as an inspector.
Experience in the pump industry is a plus.
Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings.
Strong knowledge in reading technical documents is essential.
General capability on English is a plus.
Basic computer skills with MS office.
