Job description
As a 3D Measurement Technician at NTS Drachten you are responsible for accurately performing measurements and quality controls on parts and systems. You perform measurements with advanced Zeiss measuring equipment and ensure that everything meets the highest standards. You also contribute to optimising measurement processes and analysing measurement results. You work closely with operations and work preparation.
Furthermore your tasks include:
Performing complex measurements using advanced Zeiss measuring equipment striving for the highest quality;
Interpreting measurement results and reporting findings;
Preparing measurement plans according to common measurement methods and setting up effective and efficient measurement processes;
Maintaining and calibrating measuring equipment;
You have good communication skills and can work both independently and in a team;
Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
Requirements
A completed technical education at MBO-4 level or higher preferably in the field of mechanical engineering mechatronics or similar;
You preferably have several years of geometric measurement experience and experience with measuring equipment such as Zeiss;
You can read technical drawings and interpret positional and form tolerances;
Experience with Calypso operating system and experience with Aucom (1 2 and/or 3) is a plus;
You are willing to work in a 2-shift system (17.19% allowance) (6:00 am to 2:30 pm and 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm (Mon to Thu and Friday until 9:45 pm);
You work extremely analytically accurately and carefully and have an eye for process optimisation.

Salary from 3.500 to 4.600;
