You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and are able to build lasting relationships with colleagues in other departments and disciplines. Managing several operational tasks and projects at once poses no problem for you.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide a professional level of support by applying a broad knowledge of Medtronic processes tools and policies focusing on Outbound
- Ability to monitor product and information flows as well as resolving issues in an efficient compliant and effective way to ultimately strive for the highest level of customer experience
- Order monitoring resource planning and people management for the daily delivery and shipment flows handle all incoming e-mails and dealing with special requests
- Effective issue resolution and communication towards the supporting teams which includes performing root cause investigation coordinate issues with other teams have attention for detail and a high-quality focus
- Build close working relationships with our crew of operators and supporting teams as well as other internal departments
- A mix of operational leadership communication and continuous improvements skills in the delivery of service and support of the Outbound processes
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- HBO work and thinking level and 3 years of experience in a dynamic environment preferably in logistics or production
- Fluent in Dutch & English and clear communication skills to employees leaders as multiple stakeholders
- Influencing convincing and motivating skills
- Ability to drive deadlines KPI targets & compliance and to prioritize plan and execute to the best of the company
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to make decisions and take swift actions
Experience with Lean Six Sigma excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience within a medical device environment are considered advantages in this role.
