Role Overview:
global head of total rewards is a key member of the HR leadership team responsible for overseeing the design of all reward policies and the execution of all reward processes within the organization. This role ensures that reward strategies are competitive equitable performance driven and aligned with business objectives and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global reward strategies policies and programs.
Lead the design and maintenance of compensation structures including base salary variable pay and long-term incentives.
Oversee benefits programs ensuring they are competitive and meet the needs of employees.
Manage job evaluations and grading processes (e.g. global job catalog).
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations globally.
Drive continuous improvement in reward processes and systems.
Lead and develop a substantial international team fostering a high level of engagement and productivity.
Driving a culture of adaptability growth and continuous improvement within the global rewards function.
Oversee all aspects of Remuneration Committee operations including meticulous preparation calendar management agenda setting and comprehensive follow-up ensuring the delivery of flawless presentations and insightful analysis.

Sr Finance leaders and Corporate Control
Executive Board and Supervisory Board
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in rewards leadership with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective reward strategies.
Deep expertise in competitive and future proof compensation benefits and executive compensation.
Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Experience with Remuneration Committee presentations and operations.
Project management skills required for leading projects and steering global processes with deadlines principles and rules.
Inspirational leadership and possessing the courage and vision to initiate and champion organizational and operational changes
