Job Description
For their European Headquarter in Eindhoven/Netherlands we are currently looking for a
Data Protection Officer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Provide information and advice on data protection to the companys relevant departments
- Responsible for conducting data security risk assessments in connected vehicle and other scenarios
- Proposing security solutions
- Develop review update and maintain companys compliance documents
- Conduct audits on the implementation of documents
- Serve as the point of contact for communication with external data protection authorities
- Monitor the legislative and enforcement trends of data-related laws in the EU
- Conduct in-depth interpretation and analysis and promptly adjust the companys data compliance strategies
Your profile:
- Degree in law information security computer science or related fields
- CIPP/E certification is preferred
- Work experience in data compliance data security and privacy protection
- Capable of independently writing compliance reports compliance manuals designing compliance processes etc.
- Practical experience in DPIA
- Solid knowledge of EU data protection regulations and practices
- Strong language proficiency in English
- Experience in the automotive and other intelligent manufacturing fields are desirable
