Purpose of the role:
The role is to develop market for existing chemical fertilizer poultry products and new products expand clients increase distribution to new territories.
Duties & Responsibility
To identify platform for new market through social medial and digital networks.

They deal in Steel Chemicals Grains Foodstuffs (salt sugar rice etc.) and Animal feed to its various clients on request agricultural inputs from fertilizers to tractors and Agriculture -Contract farming. The company has an extensive partnership network to ensure accurate on-time and cost effective delivery. A strong growth outlook for the area will result in substantial expansion in years to come.
The role is to develop market for existing chemical fertilizer poultry products and new products expand clients increase distribution to new territories.
Duties & Responsibility
- To ensure the orders are delivered to the customer by coordinating the communication.
- To promote the new products in the market and amongst the customers.
- To maintain track follow and collect the outstanding payments with the customers.
- To understand the issues of the dealers and customers and give them a long-term solution
- To engage in onboarding of customers and arriving to order.
- To prepare and present the Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-yearly and annual sales reports.
- To close the deal by taking intelligent decision by ensuring driven by analyzing the preventing huge loss and ensure the customers are retained.
- To do marker analysis and forecast the market demand for our existing and new products
- To work collaboratively will the wear house team and over see the inventory management and strategic means to clear the stocks.
To identify platform for new market through social medial and digital networks.
- To build the brand of our products in the market by participating in exhibitions seminars and business meetings.
- To guide mentor and develop the sales team and address their issues diplomatically.
- To develop successor.
