Job Description

Bank Card Operations Manager
Full-time Onsite

Responsibilities:

1Manage overseas bank card operations focusing on user engagement for cardholders within overseas payment apps.
2Drive user growth by understanding product features and researching local user needs through targeted operational strategies.
3Optimize user experience and conversion rates through data analysis market research and performance tracking.
4Enhance product awareness by leveraging local user insights and aligning them with product characteristics.
5Develop effective partnerships with local institutions and social media channels exploring organic/owned media pathways for user acquisition and conversion.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years in operations OR a Bachelors degree or above required.
  • Analytical Skills: Highly data-sensitive with proven ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Collaboration & Drive: Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills with strong initiative and project ownership.
  • Preferred: Experience working in/with large-scale internet companies
