Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Finance Executive and/or Senior Finance Executive.
- To carry out the day to day work instructions such to perform income audit issue invoices perform journal entries etc in effective manner.
- Have clear understanding of the policies and procedures as per SOP and correctly apply and adhere to it.
- To liaise with operation personnel for compilation of necessary reports and information to facilitate preparation of document journal and accounting entries.
- To escalate ad-hoc issues requiring higher-level checking or decision making to Executive and the Finance Manager.
- To assist in ad-hoc assignment(s) assigned by superior(s).
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum SPM/LCCI/STPM/A Level/Pre-U or Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 1 or equivalent.
- On the job training will be provided.
