We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Associateto join our team and help strengthen our AR operations.
The successful candidate will handle complex AR functions act as a go-to resource for the AR team and support leadership in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with AR work while also taking on higher-level responsibilities and mentoring opportunities.

Position Requirements
Past work experience in Accounts Receivable and/or an accounting degree (associate or bachelors) with AR experience
Proven ability to be a fanatic about response time and deliver legendary service in a multi-business unit deadline-driven environment
Experience building strong relationships with suppliers customers and team members by listening generously speaking straight and setting clear expectations
Consistent ability to take initiative support teammates and maintain accuracy under pressure
Job Summary
As the Senior Accounts Receivable Associate you will be responsible for advanced AR functions and act as a key resource for the department. Youll work directly with the CFO and AR associates to ensure timely and accurate AR operations while stepping in as a mentor and backup resource when needed.
Position Responsibilities
- Review daily and monthly A/R transactions
- Review and process new customer applications
- Prepare and analyze reports as needed
- Perform month-end and year-end AR reconciliations
- Provide backup coverage for AR associates
- Process daily A/R spreadsheets and miscellaneous company performance reports
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3 years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience with exposure to reconciliations and month-end close
- Proficiency with accounting systems (ERP experience preferred) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables v-lookups reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
