- This role will be primarily focused on delivering a BAU / Project services within a shared service delivery model.

What Youll Do
- Technical Expertise:
- Perform a range of complex technical work activities in Oracle environment to meet business and customer requirements.
- Incident and change management.
- 3rd level incident and task support.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) efforts to resolve issues efficiently ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service delivery.
What Youll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 11 years in managing maintaining and troubleshooting large enterprise environments in oracle.
- Strong exposure to ASM OEM Data guard Cloning and Replication concepts performance tuning.
- Setup of OEM to manage infrastructure including WebLogic and SOA application. (alerting rule incident management integrating with ticketing tool admin work through oem.).
- Able to use a Multitenant architecture with minimum cost to customer to help in creating and managing infrastructure.
- Concept of single instance db architecture.
- RAC startup and shutdown procedure.
- Db vault security implementation in oracle database.
- Migration of Oracle Instance from On-premise to Cloud.
- Perform refresh of staging QA or DEV environments from production using conventional export/import or datapump utility.
- Ensuring our systems remain secure and compliant by upgrading the operating system as well as other software bits regularly.
- Strong experience as an Oracle DBA (Oracle 11g R2 OEM 12c 13c19c) .
- Cloud certification.
- Database certification.
- Best in creating sop and technical documentation.
- Knowledge on technical audit reporting.
- Oracle database patching.
- AWS patching.
- Cloning database using multitenant architecture.
- Optimising and scaling Oracle based environments.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Flexible quick to adapt to changes and eager to take on additional duties and special projects as required.
