Job Description:
Position/Status: TDS Finance Dublin / London (level 10)

Reports to: Head of Reg Change / Reg Reporting
Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the TD Securities Finance team across London & Dublin regarding horizon scanning and backward compatibility of changes to the regulatory framework.
This requirement is to proactively review all regulatory changes consultation papers Q&As & press releases published by the UK and European Regulators analyse what is applicable to the Irish subsidiary (TDGF: MIFID Investment Firm) the UK subsidiary (TDBEL: Credit Institution) and the UK Branch of TD Bank then advise and work with both the Reg Change and Reg Reporting Teams to determine implementation requirements and timelines.

These policies and regulatory requirements may include all some or other regulatory jurisdictions as they relate to your business including but not limited to: Government Securities Commissions OSFI IIROC FSA FRB FINRA SEC MAS.
Management should be kept fully informed at all times of all Regulatory and Compliance issues. You must deal with TD Management Compliance regulators and all control functions in an open and cooperative way and must disclose appropriately any information which TD Management Compliance regulators or control functions would reasonably expect to know.
You must ensure that you are fully aware of your management reporting lines and escalation procedures.
You must take reasonable steps to ensure that the business of the firm for which you are responsible is organized so that it can be controlled effectively and that you exercise due skill care and diligence in managing that business.
