Job Summary
Our client is a leading Top 20 Firm based in Dublin City. They are seeking a Trainee Accountant to join their Audit and Accounts Team on a 3.5 year training contract.
They have developed support structures to ensure our high pass rates are maintained including a mentoring programme paid study leave and grinds. Manygraduates progress quickly through the firm to manager and partner level.
The varied client base of companies and individuals across a wide range of sizes and industries together with the opportunity to work across all service lines means you get a rounded training addition with day to day access and support from partners and senior managers youll learn fast!
Burning the midnight oil is extremely rare in our team have no doubt we expect you to work hard ensuring clients needs are met but they also recognise the need for a balance between work and play. Early Friday finish during the summer months as well as gym membership contributions are just two of the benefits the team enjoy.
