About the Role
You will work in a diverse role across a range of acute and subacute services. Your week may vary between clinical roles in the inter-disciplinary High Risk Foot Service acute inpatients outpatient clinics or rehab services at St Georges Hospital Kew.
We work collaboratively to deliver evidence based clinical practice and strive for excellence.
Duties:
Provide the highest standard of evidence based podiatry services to patients through effective assessment treatment evaluation and discharge planning
Contribute to the planning and development of activities and services within and across departments
Facilitate seamless transition for patients across the continuum of care
Provide supervision and teaching to Grade 1 Podiatrists and undergraduate students
Classifications for this position will range from CM7 -CV8 ($90235.60 - $103724.40 per annum pro rata).
Your Contribution
Current Podiatry AHPRA Registration
Experience in an acute or sub-acute hospital podiatry service with wound care knowledge and experience
Highly developed communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
Current National criminal history check or willing to obtain

About The Podiatry Department
The Podiatry department provides podiatry and inter-disciplinary high risk foot services to patients across multiple sites in acute sub-acute and residential care including at St Vincents Hospital Fitzroy St Georges Hospital Kew and residential facilities.
