Argentina Accounting and finance Area
Job Description
This is a hybrid position working 3-4 days from the office and the first 2 months will work 100% onsite for onboarding and training activities. The candidate MUST reside in Buenos Aires.
Performs accounting entry reconciliation analysis and reporting functions within the organization. Prepares blocks of financial data for entry into general ledger. Compiles and analyzes financial data for specific products operating units regions or business lines. May participate in analytical exercises with internal or external auditors.
Monthly/quarterly BS review with region accounting manager
Improve B/S health and improve the acc recon quality.
Closing acc for Argentina issue solving and late entry review/submission
Annual Audit attendance / BS Prep
Preparation tax calculation and analysis
Ensure practice compliance no exposure
Provide accounting guidance to business/finance for existing business
Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned region
Attending government requirement
Continuous improvement initiatives
Project support on new business/process

Basic Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting.
Oracle experience preferred
International background preferred
US GAAP Knowledge recommend
High analytic and reporting skills
High knowledge in taxes and internal control
High communication skill
At least Intermediate level of English (spoken)
Familiar with oracle
Good at Microsoft office especially at Excel and PPT
Travel Requirements
