Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading international law firm who are seeking to recruit a Junior Associate Intellectual Property (12 PQE) to join their growing IP team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies to work alongside highly respected Partners on complex and high-profile matters.

The Role:
Advise on intellectual property rights including trade marks designs and copyright
Provide strategic advice on legal issues related to artificial intelligence and risk management
Draft legal documentation and advise on IP enforcement and protection strategies
Support the IP Partners in practice development and team growth
Collaborate across international teams and contribute to business development initiatives
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor with 12 years PQE ideally in IP or technology law
Strong academic and professional track record
Natural interest in artificial intelligence digital trends and innovation
Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills
Proactive team-focused and motivated by high-quality client outcomes
