The Role
- Undertake surveys inspections and site visits across residential and commercial projects
- Review technical data drawings specifications and conditions to recommend solutions
- Deliver detailed accurate reports to high professional standards
- Support senior surveyors and directors in inspections defect analysis and advisory services
- Provide guidance on building regulations planning legislation fire and housing regulations
- Liaise with clients contractors and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and manage workload effectively
The Person
- Degree in Building Surveying Property or Construction discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar consultancy role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods regulations and best practice
- Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient IT user (MS Office; Revit/BIM desirable)
- Full driving licence essential
