Manager Customer Success
As Manager of Customer Success at Datadog youll directly shape the growth of Datadogs business in your region by leading a team that drives expansion retention and renewals. This is a high-impact role responsible for both coaching CSMs and owning the regional strategy for customer revenue. Youll guide the team through a pivotal phase of evolution (and EMEAs best year to date) ensuring theyre equipped to deepen customer relationships identify growth opportunities and execute with precision. Success means not only hitting numbers but also building a high-performing team where people thrive professionally and personally accounts expand and Datadogs value is consistently realised by customers across the region.

What Youll Do:
- Manage lead mentor and train a team of Customer Success Managers
- Coach your team to proactively build relationships with customers with the goal of retaining and growing customer footprint
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts and ensure high renewal rates
- Serve as escalation point between customers and internal Datadog teams to ensure customer success and adoption
- Act as an internal advocate for our customers putting their best interests first
Who You Are:
- Experienced in 5 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role in the SaaS space
- Full French-language proficiency required as leader for the France region
- 2 years experience managing a high performing team of Customer Success Managers
- Customer-centric and have a customer-first mindset and approach to all interactions both internal and external
- Able to complete and influence the full cycle sales process
- Knowledgeable about the B2B tech space or with subscription based software preferred
