We are hiring for our client a leading commercial law practice seeking an Energy Associate to join their growing Energy Renewables Utilities & Climate Action team in Dublin. This is a permanent role with a flexible hybrid working model offering you the chance to work at the forefront of Irelands most significant energy and renewables projects.
This multi-disciplinary team is a key player in the Irish energy market advising on innovative complex energy transactions. Youll support clients across all aspects of their energy business including corporate transactions M&A financing construction environmental regulatory procurement planning real estate and tax matters.
The teams extensive networks and deep market and regulatory insight will give you the exposure and experience needed to advance your career in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Recent projects include advising on interconnector infrastructure temporary emergency generation solutions and large-scale renewable acquisitions and developments.

Qualified lawyer with 26 years PQE specialising in energy renewables or related areas.
Passionate about energy transition climate action and achieving Irelands 2030 & 2050 decarbonisation goals.
Strong team player with excellent communication responsiveness and client service skills.
Keen to develop technical expertise through ongoing training mentoring and exposure to a wide range of clients and transactions.
