Job Description
Your primary purpose in this job will be to support the in-country sales organization(s) to achieve sales targets by responding to customer enquirers. Currently we are looking for a candidate for a 1 year temporary contract.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Respond to sales inquiries from customers on a timely manner.
- Preparing spare parts quotations ensuring they are accurate technically correct and offer the best possible customer solutions.
- Investigation and follow-up in case of obsolete or non-active spare parts.
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Who You Are: Someone who find solution for replacement spare parts by understanding the customer request and identifying the accurate part number(s) for the query.
- University or college degree in technical faculty
- Advanced knowledge of English is needed
- Curiosity to get product knowledge
- Technical orientation
- We require customer focus behavior and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.
- You gain insight into customer need.
- Sales or customer service-related experience is an advantage
