Your Team: Join our dynamic Operations & Support team working alongside Development and Platform Delivery teams to enhance software development manage releases and drive change. Together were streamlining IT service management for optimal efficiency.

Your Role at a Glance:

As a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer you will:

  • Ensure top-tier platform performance and security.

  • Provide essential Level 2 user support and manage change seamlessly.

  • Collaborate for smooth vendor releases and service deployment.

  • Spearhead security audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Master the ServiceNow platform resolving bottlenecks and optimizing performance.

  • Handle incident escalations and manage change implementations.

  • Develop and deploy internal services collaborating on feature enhancements.

What Youll Bring:

  • Essential Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow software development particularly in UI Builder Flow Designer and JavaScript.

  • ServiceNow Mastery: Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform including Virtual Agent Custom Apps and Service Portal.

  • Module Know-how: Strong understanding of ITSM ITBM HRSD and SPM modules.

  • Customization Skills: Adept at implementing customization techniques like form and workflow configuration UI policies and business rules.

  • Integration Capabilities: Familiar with developing and maintaining API integrations with systems such as MarkLogic.

  • Process Knowledge: Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in HTML CSS XML JSON and Microsoft Azure.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset.

  • Security Awareness: Understanding of network concepts GDPR and information security standards.

  • Collaborative Approach: Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively.

  • Task Management: Skilled in managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.

  • Continuous Learning: Self-motivated to remain current with ServiceNows latest features and best practices.

  • Certification: Holding a Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications are advantageous.

  • Language Requirement: Fluent in English both spoken and written.
