Senior Technician
Duties:
- Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for equipment
- Responsible for building maintenance including plumbing and electricity systems as well as other electrical & mechanical (E&M) installations.
- To conduct regular building facilities check-up
- To provide urgent repair of building facilities
- Responsible for monitoring work of contractors
- Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Service Engineering
- At least two years or above relevant working experience including pipe works / pump works / electrical works / plastering etc.
- Holder of validConstruction Workers Registration Card
- Good Command in written and spoken Chinese
- Immediate Available is preferable
