About the role
Reporting to the IT Director you will lead the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of our IT-integrated robotic solutions specifically designed for the construction sector. This role demands a unique blend of technical understanding in IT AI and robotics coupled with a deep knowledge of the construction industrys needs and challenges. The manager will drive market penetration by developing compelling value propositions fostering strategic partnerships and enabling sales teams to accelerate the adoption of our innovative automation solutions across commercial building projects. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector engaging with main local and overseas technology vendor to create an innovative ecosystem. Collaborate closely with product development engineering marketing and sales teams to define product-market fit and ensure seamless product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science Robotics Engineering Construction Management or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product commercialization business development or sales leadership with a significant focus on IT robotics or automation solutions
- Proven experience working within or closely with the construction industry demonstrating a strong understanding of its processes challenges and technological needs
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction robotics AI machine learning and their application in improving construction efficiency and safety
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex technological products in a niche industry.
- Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good commands in Chinese
