Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day property management services andquality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover takeover execution tenancy fitting out and reinstatement coordination tenants complaint resolutions etc.
- Liaise with the teams for example Leasing Building Management Technical Services Marketing & Promotions to fulfill operational needs.
- Monitor the progress of new tenancies and advise new tenants to submit necessary information before moving into the unit
- Monitor and ensure tenants operate in accordance with agreement requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
- Possess at least5 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade
- Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH CIH RPHM HKIS (PFM) HKIFM preferable
- Customer-oriented with pleasant personality excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with tenants and general public
- Mature independent and with excellent knowledge of Property/ Facility Management related ordinances and the best practices in the industry
- Creative thinking and ability to introduce new services or approaches for continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
