Responsibilities
- Grow & coach a high-performing team hire mentor and develop engineers so they deliver their best work and advance in their careers.
- Drive outcomes not just output partner with Product to clarify goals measure success and unblock your team so they ship meaningful value to customers.
- Own sustainable delivery keep projects on track through proactive planning and clear communication so shipping happens smoothlywithout heroic last-minute sprints.
- Shape how the team works gather feedback refine processes and champion modern engineering practices that raise the technical bar.
Qualifications
- 5 years of professional software engineering experience including team leadership.
- Proven ability to build engaged autonomous teams that hit ambitious goals.
- Full-stack background (Python preferred on the back end React on the web front end).
- Familiarity with AWS Kubernetes and Temporalor eagerness to learn quickly.
- Passion for continuous learning clear communication and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.
