Just as importantly we want someone who can uncover and engage with the meaningful local communities that shape everyday life - those places people and conversations that truly matter and make culture come alive in each market.
Coffee culture is exploding with new taste experiences across the region and no were not talking pumpkin spice lattes. The fun part is figuring out whats next and making sure Oatly is right in the middle of it. The role
As Brand Activation Manager in Prague or Budapest youll be our very first Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) employee in the Czech Republic or Hungary. Big deal For us yes. For you hopefully too.
Your mission: Spot the right opportunities bring Oatly into the most relevant spaces and communities and ensure we show up in a way that locals actually notice and remember.
That means:
- Running local activationsevents collaborations barista moments and whatever weird ideas make sense (even if that last part doesnt make any sense).
- Making sure those moments stand out on social media.
- Supporting our community management by engaging with people online and running our local customer inbox.
Youll report to our Executive Creative Director for International Markets and work closely with our Creative Project Lead local business and coffee crew.
This role must be based in Prague or Budapest. Please note that we do not offer relocation.
Full professional English is a must. Do you also speak Hungarian or Czech Even better.

WHAT YOULL BRING:
- 2 years of experience running brand activations (agency or client-side).
- Solid understanding of creative processes and how to get stuff live.
- Sharp problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Connection to the local scene and an eye for brands and ideas that matter.
- A proactive organized cool-under-pressure attitude.
- Great writing chops and the ability to channel Oatlys voice.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Plan and execute local activations end to end.
- Work with central ODMC teams to adapt ideas locally.
- Brief produce and source creative assets.
- Act as onsite event managerhandling logistics suppliers agencies.
- Build and maintain a local partner network.
- Manage production schedules and post-event recaps.
- Bridge commercial and creative teams with on-brand local materials.
- Monitor local culture trends and opportunities.
- Engage with consumers online and manage our UAE customer inbox.
- Keep projects on time on budget and on brand.
