Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate talent to lead the operations of a managed 3-star vibrant economy hotel under the ibis brand. This unique property is centrally located close to the historic district of Mala Strana in Prague offering 225 rooms with a restaurant bar and meeting rooms - suitable for both business and leisure travelers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successful management of 3-star economy hotel operated under the ibis brand via Hotel Management Agreement
- Strengthen the hotels market position search and identify new business opportunities; build up long-term business relationships.
- Plan and manage the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests talents corporate owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.
- Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example; create a positive team-oriented working environment.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years experience in operational managerial positions (e.g. in Ops Manager / Deputy GM / GM roles)
- Strong operational background
- Outstanding sales acumen commercial mindset
- Fluency in English language
- Czech language knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
- Leadership autonomy
- Service and quality minded character
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication and team management skills
- Ability to create positive effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
