With our Global Service Center (GSC) footprint expanding in the Americas we are now looking for a passionate and energetic Learning & Development Trainer to join our team in Santos Brazil. If youre excited about driving capability development facilitating impactful training experiences and helping teams across the business grow and perform this role is for you.
Heres the Deal:
As an L&D Trainer you will play a critical role in delivering engaging learning experiences supporting onboarding processes upskilling initiatives and strengthening knowledge around business processes across different teams. Youll work closely with global and regional stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational priorities while also championing a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) to support onboarding process refreshers and ongoing capability building.
Support the creation and digitalization of learning content and materials that meet learner and business needs.
Act as a subject matter expert in process knowledge to enable cross-functional team effectiveness.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training strategies.
Contribute to the deployment of global learning initiatives and localized programs.
Provide learning support to teams across various business areas helping them navigate complex systems and procedures.
Leverage tools in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) to prepare and deliver training content and reporting.
Adapt training style and content based on audience needs and business context.
Maintain flexibility to collaborate across time zones (occasional early mornings or late evenings ).
The Basics:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development Training or similar roles .
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Experience in Digital Content Creation
Experience in shipping background (helpful and complementary )
Digital learning experience and comfort with virtual delivery tools.
Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in PowerPoint (essential for content creation and presentation) and Excel
Availability to work from the Santos office.
Open to a flexible work shift

Portuguese (Advanced)
English (Advanced)
Spanish (Nice to have)
