Plzen (Pilsen) Czech Republic Following its establishment in 2012 today Plzen is our fastest growing Engineering Development Center in Europe; the development center works on the design and development of Lear Products related to Mechanical Engineering such as complex seating mechanisms and structures foams coatings plastics and trim development. Today there is a headcount of approximately 250 employees. The vision for Plzen is not to work as an internal supplier for our European business units but to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.

We are seeking a highly motivated proactive and versatile Sales Administrator to join our growing this role the candidate will assist in enabling the productivity and performance of the Sales team. You will help to develop and maintain the internal processes and systems. This is an exciting opportunity to start your experience in Sales processes (e.g. quoting). Through trainings mentorship and competitions - the candidate will have opportunities to develop and grow.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Order processing of incoming series orders up to implementation
  • Focus on back office operations within the team
  • Re-structuring and improving existing processes together with the team
  • Support the sales team on RFQs and administrative processes

Requirements & Skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel)
  • Working experience with MRP-Systems (similar to QAD XPPS SAP SPMS)
  • Strong organizational communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated
  • Language skills English mandatory (Level: B2 to C1)
  • Language skills German are of advantage (not mandatory)
  • Sales experience or commercial training would be a benefit
  • Experience within Automotive industry preferred
