We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis managing expenses and supporting key business processes. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial statements including the income statement to identify trends variances and key drivers of profitability.
Provide actionable and strategic insights to support business decisions and enhance overall financial performance.
2. Expense Management
Focus on expense control and cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
Identify opportunities to optimize resource allocation and promote a cost-saving culture.
Implement strategies to monitor and manage expenses effectively.
Review and identify areas for improvement of existing process and rules and implement changes to enhance overall financial operations.
3. Cash Flow and AR Management
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and minimize financial risks.
Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain a healthy working capital position.
4. Commercial Support
Provide financial support to the commercial team including analysis related to pricing and rebates as needed.
5. Financial Closing and Budgeting
Participate in the financial closing process ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Contribute to the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial reporting.
6. Digital Transformation
Support the adoption of digital tools and technologies (e.g. Power BI AI) to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
Drive initiatives to automate financial tasks and improve data visualization.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Experience in expense management and financial analysis.
Proficiency in financial software and tools including Excel Power BI and ERP systems.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with digital transformation tools and a willingness to innovate.
