This Position reports to:
Maintenance ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment production lines and/or facilities resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment production lines and/or facilities. You will also showcase your expertise by managing and updating technical documentation of equipment production lines and/or facilities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment failures. TPM / PM systematic management and implementation.
- Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting.Implement effective RCA to improve maintenance operation.Set up effective KPIs to develop maintenance performance.
- Improve equipment availability.Improve production efficiency by optimizing equipment operation.
- Maintenance technical support.Effective equipment / facility investment project management.Optimize spare parts management.
Qualifications for the role
- Major in electrical engineering electrical automation bachelor is preferred.
- More than 5 years in Mechanical maintenance and engineering area in plant.
- Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules AUTOCAD PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens) FANUC CNC.
- Strong project plan and implement capability.
- Be good at logic thinking and self-learning.
- Good initiative work on high pressure.
- Good command of speaking and written English.
