Main Purpose of the Job:
Be able to independently manage for fitting-out project and site construction management of green field project. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our clients investment.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. Meet customer expectations in every interaction with them and receive the positive feedback from client.
Manage and coordinate all phase of project deliveries. Be able to implement the best industry practice.
Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.
Manage and coordinate with other consultants and contractors.
Assist line manager in improving the service financial performance throughout the project delivery.
or in MEP:
Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery including design installation testing commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
Be expertise of MEP code and regulation.
Provide MEP advice to manage other consultants contractors and suppliers.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Implement project execution plan
Create project and design brief
Coordinate the project related government approval process
Coordinate design development process and VE session
With guidance from SPM or HoCS propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package.
Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control
Develop project schedule update implementation plan and in accordance with the progress of the project
Host the meeting with clients
Management and coordination with client for the job follow-up and implementation
Understand the specification and requirements relating to approval during the development process
Manage the tendering process
Management and control project risks
Conduct tendering process
Coordinate project testing commissioning and handover
Innovation & creativity of service and knowledge.
Complete project closure (e.g. as-built handover/defects list/acceptance/client feedback)

Work collaboratively with other Project Managers to manage related issues
or in MEP:
Provide MEP support and assessment to lead Project Manager of projects
Be able to evaluate the lifecycle cost for MEP equipment selection
Manage MEP design quality provided by designer
Establish MEP inspection check list and protocol
Develop the testing and commissioning (T&C) strategy. Review and approve T&C plan
Prepare technical document for tendering
Coordinate with cost manage to review and conduct VE for MEP design
Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to project teams and clients as required
Verify construction progress and quality
Be able to implement the market best practice in green building design and construction
Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications Experience Skills & Behaviours)
Bachelors degree. Major in engineering or project management
5 years experiences in project management for hotel projects
5
Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Has on-site experience
Be able to multitask and manage priorities
Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need
Be able to adopt change according to company business plan
Good English both spoken and written
Good collaboration & team work
