Position Overview:
The IT Operations Analyst is the *** point of contact between staff and Technology team. Because of this it is important the person in this role delivers solid technological assistance have proven customer service skills and be able to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) and Chinese (Mandarin). This role requires a person who is on-time present visible available and who acts proactively to ensure minimal user downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
61 Provide solid technical support and great customer service to end users.

61 Research find and apply appropriate solutions to a vast array of technical issues.

61 Provide comprehensive support for endpoints including hardware setup software installation Windows and macOS troubleshooting and peripheral device configuration.

61 Support endpoint device management through Microsoft Intune including enrollment policy configuration compliance settings and troubleshooting.

61 Support Cisco network devices (Routers Switches Access Points) and general network issues including basic configuration monitoring troubleshooting and escalation when needed.

61 Coordinate with global information security team to ensure local and regional compliance with corporate security policies and standards.

61 Provide support for IT fixed asset management covering maintenance inventory tracking procurement and overall inventory control.

Education and Requirements:
61 Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant work experience.

61 At least 3 years of experience in supporting end users on Windows and macOS platforms.

61 Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 products (Office Teams OneDrive OneNote etc.).

61 Experience using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for device management application deployment and user access control.

Experience supporting Cisco network equipment (Routers Switches Access Points) including configuration and resolving issues.
