Job Description
We seek aresults-driven sales and strategy professionalwith3 years of digital marketing experience specializing in social media platforms (Weibo Douyin/TikTok Kuaishou etc.). The ideal candidate will excel at penetrating long/short video KOL and music creator client segments identifying hidden needs and driving end-to-end solutionsfrom strategic planning to resource integration.
What Youll Do
- Deeply engaged with long/short video creators KOLs and music industry clients to uncover latent needs independently lead business negotiations and design integrated strategies.
- Identify and cultivate high-value clients define target accounts and create tailored development plans.
- Rapidly grasp client objectives pinpoint collaboration opportunities and establish partnerships.
- Oversee end-to-end client service including strategy formulation curated resource recommendations and execution tracking.
Who You Are
- 3 years in digital/social media marketing with expertise in platforms like Weibo WeChat Douyin (TikTok) Kuaishou Youku and iQiyi.
- Proven sales acumen: Prior success in achieving targets and managing key accounts (experience with major industries preferred).
- Strong bilingual (English/Chinese) communication proposal writing and project management skills.
- Self-disciplined with a competitive drive (sales hunter mindset) and collaborative team spirit.
