What youll get to do
Were looking for aSaaS Systems Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to manage and optimize the SaaS platforms that power our business. Youll configure integrate and enhance tools to ensure peak performance seamless processes and a great user experience across teams.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Manage configure and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho HubSpot Salesforce D365 etc.)
- Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy scalability and compliance
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performance
- Monitor system health troubleshoot issues and implement long-term solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processes
- Identify and recommend new tools features and process improvements
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelors or Masters degree (e.g. IT Computer Science Engineering or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms CRM tools and automation solutions
- Good proficiency in scripting / coding (e.g. Python JavaScript PowerShell or Deluge)
- Good understanding of APIs integrations databases and system architecture
- Strong problem-solving analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English (German or other languages a plus

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is minimum EUR 54.000. This includes: full health insurance occupational accident insurance public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
