Were looking for a talented and passionate People Analytics Intern to join our People team!
As a People Analytics Intern youll play a key role in supporting our People Analytics initiatives helping to gather organize and analyze HR data. You will work directly with our People teams to support reporting needs ensure data accuracy and provide insights that help drive business decisions.

What youll do
- Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring People reports and dashboards.
- Partner with teams to collect validate clean and organize data.
- Assist in ensuring data quality and accuracy across different HR systems and sources.
- Help monitor metrics and KPIs providing preliminary analysis for decision-making.
- Support the documentation of processes workflows and data dictionaries.
- Contribute to ad-hoc data requests and reporting projects from internal stakeholders.
What youll need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree preferably Business Economics Engineering Statistic or related areas.
- Expected to graduate in between June/2026 and December/2027.
- Availability to work at least once a week in our office in So Paulo.
- Strong interest in HR data analysis and people operations.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables formulas charts).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience or familiarity with data cleaning and transformation tools (e.g. Excel Power Query Python R Google BigQuery).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker Studio).
- Interest in HRIS or Payroll systems (e.g. Workday ADP SAP SuccessFactors).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis techniques.
