Our KDN Bulgaria SAP Consulting team consists of dedicated professionals who are experienced in areas such as Basis Administration BI/BW reporting Authorization and Security Functional Consulting (Finance and Controlling Supply Chain/Logistics Human Capital Management Master Data Management etc.) and Development. Your responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of complex requirements in SAP Solution Manager processes with a focus on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Active participation in the implementation of projects with optimization and new implementation of SAP Solution Manager and/or CALM scenarios within our customers IT landscape
- Handling topics such as change request management IT service management process management and test management in project teams
- Execution of requirements analyses effort estimations conception of application lifecycle management processes and implementation in the area of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
- Direct customer contact and intensive cooperation with customers as well as conducting workshops at the customers site
- Development of decision papers execution of presentations and the development of documentation
- Building up know-how in internal communities
What you bring in:
- Strong understanding of ALM processes and relevant experience on SAP implementations such as project manager ALM process expert release manager or other
- University degree in Computer Systems Informatics Engineering or Mathematics.
- 3 years of professional experience at a similar position.
- Completed studies in business administration business informatics computer science or a completed IT vocational training
- At least 3 years of IT professional experience (ideally in the SAP environment or as SAP Solution Manager expert)
Technical Skills:
- SAP Cloud ALM (CALM):Hands-on experience with implementation configuration and monitoring.
- SAP Focused Build / Focused Insights:Experience with these add-ons for agile project management and dashboarding.
- ITIL Framework Knowledge:Familiarity with ITIL processes especially in incident change and service management.
- Test Suite & CBTA:Experience with automated testing tools like Component-Based Test Automation (CBTA).
Soft Skills:
- Project Management:Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
- Customer Orientation:Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration:Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Documentation & Reporting:Ability to create clear structured documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Analytical and very good presentation and communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English; German would be considered an advantage.
- Ability to travel abroad on business trips
Certifications (nice to have):
- SAP Certified Associate SAP Solution Manager
- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Cloud ALM
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master)
