What youll do:
Commercial and industrial collections
Maintain accurate recurring receivables schedule
Responds to inquires from customers or clients and research/resolve concerns or discrepancies
Reconciles accounts and payments
Troubleshoot system problems when required
Provide branch customer service by answering questions and resolving customer issues
Conform in all respects with applicable federal state/provincial and local laws regulations ordinances and other orders and to all company policies procedures and directives from supervisors.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredAssociates Degree in Accounting is preferred
Great Plains and Basis experience a plus
Previous coursework in accounting preferred.
Operate standard office equipment (i.e. personal computer facsimile copy machine etc.)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office-Outlook Word and Excel
Whats required:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals; ability to compute rate ratio and percent.
Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
