Job Description
Job Title: Scrum Master
Department: Education Management
Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Project Management
Job Summary:
Atlantis University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our Education Management team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile development teams in the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives
- Remove impediments to the teams progress and ensure they have everything they need to succeed
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and deliver business value
- Track and report on team progress including sprint velocity and release planning
Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
- 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
