Role Overview
The Dynamics Solution Center sits within the CX Transformation pillar. We are seeking a highly-organized and collaborative Scrum Master to oversee the development and all related activities for our Microsoft Dynamics platform evolution. The Scrum Master will facilitate daily stand ups handle sprint planning and resolve blockers within the team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in agile methodologies and scrum techniques with excellent communication and team leadership skills. Ultimately the Scrum Master should be able to foster a collaborative and transparent environment ensuring the teams progress towards the set goals.

Our hybrid work model
BlackRocks hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees while supporting flexibility for all.
